What is this session about?

This webinar is particularly relevant to businesses that are intermediate members of complex supply chains; that is, those that sell to large firms and buy a variety of products and materials. It provides an overview of ethical business principles and practices and explains why this is important to your customers. Additionally, it offers insights into how you can meet these requirements and demonstrate compliance.

  • What 'ethical business' is and why it is important to your customers
  • Understanding the 'ethical business practices' that clients seek from their supply chain and how your business can demonstrate that these requirements are met (e.g., during a tender process)
  • Understanding the business benefits of embedding ethical business practices
  • Where to seek further guidance and advice
  • How to get started on action planning to embed ethical business practices
